Dynamic Distribution merges with Dynamic Healthcare
PHNOM PENH, August 30, 2024 – Dynamic Group announces the integration of it’s two main healthcare subsidiary companies.
Dynamic Distribution Co., Ltd. has established itself as a leading supplier of medical supplies and consumables, answering the needs of shop-based healthcare-related businesses like pharmacies and dental clinics across the entire country.
Dynamic Healthcare Co., Ltd. focuses in providing the needs on a more specialized healthcare environment like hospitals, diagnostics and treatment centers, cabinets, and others.
To better meet the healthcare segment’s evolving needs, Dynamic Group decided to consolidate both brands under Dynamic Healthcare. By merging Dynamic Distribution and Dynamic Healthcare as a single entity, the extensive network we have across the entire Kingdom of Cambodia is re-enforced at the same time products that were previously separated can now complement each other leading into more refined solution.
This change is effective starting the 1st of September 2024. Moving forward, all documents, materials, and other branded items will carry the Dynamic Healthcare name. Dynamic Healthcare assures that our products and service offerings will remain unchanged. Any existing agreements, cooperation documents, and branded materials issued before this change will continue to be valid and effective as usual.
